Representatives from the Missouri State Auditor's Office will present the results of an audit of the city of Huntsville today, Wednesday, Oct. 19, at 5:30 p.m. in Huntsville. The audit was requested by Huntsville residents through a petition process that required 237 signatures. The audit covers finances and operations for the city, which has a population of about 1500 people.

The meeting is open to the public. This is the first state audit for the city of Huntsville. An audit of the Huntsville municipal court was released in August.
