Missouri State Auditor Nicole Galloway today announced the start of regularly scheduled audits of Cooper and Morgan counties, located in central Missouri. The most recent audit of Cooper County was released in 2013 and received an overall performance rating of fair. The most recent audit of Morgan county was released in 2014 and received an overall performance rating of poor.
